Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Transportation Aide – CNA to ensure residents are safely transported to and from medical appointments and activities while receiving attentive care.

You will drive residents, monitor safety, assist with mobility, and observe and report changes in condition. The role also supports CNA duties in the facility and requires patient, compassionate care and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Demonstrates patient care skills and empathy in a transportation setting.
• Shows strong communication and attention to detail during resident transport.
• Meets DMV checks and insurance qualification requirements for company coverage.

Responsibilities

• Safely Transport Residents: Drive residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.
• Ensure Resident Comfort: Monitor safety and comfort throughout transport.
• Observe & Report: Notice changes in residents' condition and report concerns promptly.
• Assist with Mobility: Help residents ambulate and transfer using assistive devices and proper technique.
• Monitor Vital Signs: Record vitals when needed during transport.
• Support the Team: Assist with CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
