Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Transportation Aide – CNA to ensure residents are transported safely to appointments and activities while receiving compassionate care.

You will transport residents, monitor safety and comfort, observe changes, assist with mobility, and report concerns promptly. When not transporting, you''ll assist with CNA duties, contributing to a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid driver''s license and a clean driving record.
• Has a current Nursing Assistant Certification (Texas).
• Demonstrates strong communication, patience, and attention to detail.
• Able to assist with CNA duties and safe vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Safely Transport Residents to and from appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.
• Ensure Resident Comfort during transport.
• Observe and Report changes in residents'' condition promptly.
• Assist with Mobility using assistive devices and proper technique.
• Monitor Vital Signs when needed during transport.
• Support the Team by assisting with CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
