Surgery Partners, Inc. seeks a Surgical Technologist for a PRN role in Wichita, KS. The technologist assists in the operating room under surgeons and nurses, handling instruments, setup, and sterile technique to support patient safety during procedures.

The candidate should have graduated from an accredited surgical technologist program and hold CPR certification with 0–2 years of clinical experience. Prior OR experience is preferred. This is a PRN posting ready to support hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program.
• CPR certification with 0-2 years clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain surgical equipment for procedures.
• Set up instruments, sterile drapes, and solutions before operations.
• Assist during surgery as part of the sterile team.
• Monitor patient conditions and assist team with sterile technique.
• Transport and position patients; assist with drapes and incisions.
• Count sponges, needles, and supplies; dispose of specimens as needed.
• Clean, restock, and prepare OR for next case after operation.
