Responsibilities

• Administers speech and language evaluations to diagnose and plan treatments.
• Develops individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnoses.
• Provides speech and language services and monitors progress.
• Instructs clients in therapeutic exercises and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Supervises assistants or students when assigned and shares expertise.
• May focus on post-acute, long-term care, or home health environments.
