Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the practicing state.
• ASHA CCC or CFY may be preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Administers speech and language evaluations and plans treatments for clients with speech problems.
• Develops individualized treatment plans based on diagnoses and progresses.
• Provides supervised and/or independent speech-language services and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Collaborates with providers, care teams and families to optimize outcomes.
