Crystal Cove Care Center is seeking a Staff Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat residents, communicate with families and physicians, and maintain thorough documentation. The role includes supervising CFY fellows or students and training facility staff as needed.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Speech-Language Pathology with preferred advanced degrees, state licensure, and proficiency with health information systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Masters/Doctorate preferred).
• Licensed as a Speech Therapist in the state; continuing education required.
• CPR certification may be required by licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs per physician orders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home programs.
• Maintain compliant documentation in records.
