Job summary

Sun City West Village Assisted Living and Memory Care is hiring a Part Time Server/Dining Services Partner to join our team. You will prepare and serve meals, assist residents, and keep dining areas clean, while delivering compassionate service.

A minimum of one year in hospitality or senior living is preferred. English communication, good judgment, and reliability matter. We offer flexible scheduling, same-day pay, and a range of benefits to support you and our residents.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service, or senior living.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Prepares food items and serves residents within scheduled time frames.
• Cleans and maintains dining areas, kitchen and related spaces.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to residents within scheduled time frames.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room and kitchen areas.
• Assist residents with dining service and ensure a positive dining experience.

Highlights of the Sever Position:
