Job summary

Broadway Mesa Village A Senior Living Community is seeking a friendly Server to prepare and serve meals to residents and maintain a clean dining area, ensuring a safe and welcoming dining experience. You will work Saturday through Tuesday 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with flexible scheduling options in many cases.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of hospitality or senior living experience, strong English communication, good judgment, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.
• Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.
