Job summary

The Renaissance Assisted Living in Florence, AL is seeking a Part-time Server to join our dining services team. You will prepare and serve meals to residents, maintain clean dining areas, and support a warm, welcoming environment for seniors.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of hospitality or senior living experience, be able to communicate clearly in English, and demonstrate good judgment and teamwork. We offer flexible scheduling and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, full-service, or senior living is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items and serves meals to residents within scheduled time frame.

Highlights of the Sever Position:

• A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.
• Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.
