Medical City Dallas is seeking a Registered Nurse for a PRN day shift (7:00am–7:00pm) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy hospital setting. You will collaborate with providers and the care team, following established nursing models and standards of practice.

Responsibilities include admission assessment, medication administration, timely documentation, patient advocacy, and education for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Associate's Degree required; BSN must be pursued within 24 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and each shift, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer medications, monitor response, and document care in the medical record.
• Respond to patient requests promptly and educate patients and families about care plans.
