• ACLS within 30 days of employment start date

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting changes in patient status.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and document care in the medical record; manage adverse drug responses.
• Provide prompt, compassionate care and respond to patient requests while anticipating needs.
• Educate patients and families about the condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow-up steps, translating medical terminology as needed.
