Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a Registered Nurse for a PRN day shift (7:00am–7:00pm) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will collaborate with the care team and use established nursing models to advocate for patients and families, while maintaining the organization’s standards and values.

The role requires an accredited nursing education, TX RN or compact license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and preferred acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current RN license in TX or compact license.
• BLS required; ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and during shifts; report changes.
• Administer medications and document care in the medical record.
• Provide responsive, compassionate care and educate patients and families.
