The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering patient care. The RN is responsible for planning, directing, and providing nursing care according to the Florida Nurse Practice Act, physician’s orders, recognized nursing techniques, policies, procedures, standards, and administrative policies.
