Job summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Brainerd is responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care, ensuring safety and quality in a Christian environment.
This PRN/on-call role offers flexible shifts, with weekend and holiday rotations and shift incentives.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
- Collaborate with resident, family, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed or unlicensed personnel as appropriate.
