Job summary

Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, for residents. You will collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team, supervise care as needed, and deliver services across preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multistate licensure if in a NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
