Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care across all stages of health needs.

This PRN/on-call role requires Minnesota RN licensure, with BSN preferred. Expect shifts that include days, evenings, and nights, plus weekend rotation incentives and standard drug screening as part of the employment process.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as needed.
