Job summary

Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN shifts to provide individualized nursing care to residents. You will collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care while practicing within the Nursing scope and ethics.

Role requires current RN licensure and a strong commitment to quality care in a Christian environment. Shifts vary, with weekend and holiday rotation as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred).
• Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident education and various nursing interventions.
