Job summary

The Good Samaritan Brainerd facility in Brainerd, MN seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care within a Christian environment. The role includes assessment, planning and coordination of care with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA credentials encouraged.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with resident and family, and inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff while ensuring safe, quality care.
