Job summary

OMS Consulting is a traveling oral surgery company with operations across 13 states. We hire PRN nurses to provide patient care before, during, and after procedures, starting IVs and monitoring patients under moderate sedation.

Nurses may pick up shifts at multiple locations in SC and beyond; a multi-state license is required for work outside SC. Pay is $40/hour plus travel expenses; nurses are 1099 contractors.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN; multi-state license if working outside South Carolina.
• ER, Pre/Post Op, Surgery, Flight experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work PRN shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care before, during, and after procedures.
• Assist in monitoring patients under moderate sedation.
• Cover travel rounds to multiple locations as needed.

Job description

OMS Consulting is a traveling oral surgery company, and we perform extractions (usually wisdom teeth) in dental clinics across 13 states. We are growing and are hiring PRN nurses to provide patient care before, during, and after their procedure. Nurses will need to be proficient in starting IVs and monitoring patient under moderate sedation.

Nurses can pick up in multiple locations if desired, but a multi-state license is required for working outside of South Carolina. We have several locations in SC: Anderson, Greenwood, Spartanburg, Lancaster, Beaufort, Orangeburg, Sumter, and Columbia. We cover travel expenses nurses, including travel time. Nurses are required to work one shift per month, but are welcome to work more shifts if available.

Pay is $40/hour plus travel expenses if applicable. Nurses are employed as 1099 contractors.

Nursing experience in any of the following areas are a plus: ER, Pre/Post Op, Surgery, Flight.
