Job summary

OMS Consulting is a traveling oral surgery company providing patient care before, during, and after procedures. PRN nurses will travel to dental clinics across several states and must hold a multi-state license to work outside Alabama.

Nurses are employed as 1099 contractors with pay at $40/hour plus travel expenses where applicable. Availability includes one shift per month, with room to pick up additional shifts as desired. Strong IV initiation and moderate sedation monitoring are required.

Qualifications

• RN license required; multi-state license to work outside Alabama
• Proficiency in starting IVs and monitoring patients under moderate sedation
• Experience in ER, Pre/Post Op, or Surgery is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care before, during, and after procedures as part of the oral surgery team
• Travel to multiple dental clinics across states; cover travel expenses as applicable

OMS Consulting is a traveling oral surgery company, and we perform extractions (usually wisdom teeth) in dental clinics across 11 states. We are growing and are hiring PRN nurses to provide patient care before, during, and after their procedure. Nurses will need to be proficient in starting IVs and monitoring patient under moderate sedation.

Nurses can pick up in multiple locations if desired, but a multi-state license is required for working outside of Alabama. We cover travel expenses nurses, including travel time. Nurses are required to work one shift per month, but are welcome to work more shifts if available.

Pay is $40/hour plus travel expenses if applicable. Nurses are employed as 1099 contractors.

Nursing experience in any of the following areas are a plus: ER, Pre/Post Op, Surgery.
