Job summary

OMS Consulting is seeking PRN nurses to provide patient care in multiple locations, including Hot Springs, Arkansas. Nurses will perform extractions and require proficiency in starting IVs and monitoring patients under moderate sedation.

This position allows flexibility with shifts and covers travel expenses; nurses must work at least one day a month, with the possibility to take on more shifts. Pay is $40/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in ER, Pre/Post Op, or Surgery is a plus.
• Multi-state nursing license required for work outside of Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care before, during, and after procedures.
• Operate in new Little Rock location and other clinics as needed.
• Work at least one shift per month, with options for more.

Job description

OMS Consulting is a traveling oral surgery company, and we perform extractions (usually wisdom teeth) in dental clinics across 13 states. We are growing and are hiring PRN nurses to provide patient care before, during, and after their procedure. Nurses will need to be proficient in starting IVs and monitoring patient under moderate sedation in a fast paced environment.

The Little Rock area is a new location for us, but we are opening offices in the following locations: Morrilton, Jacksonville, Hot Springs, and Pine Bluff. Once these offices are established, they will likely operate one day per month.

Nurses can pick up in multiple locations if desired, but a multi-state license is required for working outside of Arkansas. We cover travel expenses for nurses, including travel time. Nurses are required to work one shift per month, but are welcome to work more shifts if available.

Pay is $40/hour plus travel expenses if applicable. Nurses are employed as 1099 contractors.

Nursing experience in any of the following areas are a plus: ER, Pre/Post Op, Surgery.
