Job summary

OMS Consulting is a traveling oral surgery company delivering patient care across 11 states. We are hiring PRN nurses to assist before, during, and after procedures in dental clinics.

Nurses must be proficient at starting IVs and monitoring patients under moderate sedation, and hold a multi-state license to work outside Maryland. We cover travel expenses and offer flexible shift opportunities across our clinic network.

Job description

OMS Consulting is a traveling oral surgery company, and we perform extractions (usually wisdom teeth) in dental clinics across 11 states. We are growing and we are hiring PRN nurses to provide patient care before, during, and after their procedure. Nurses will need to be proficient in starting IVs and monitoring patient under moderate sedation.

Nurses can pick up in multiple locations if desired, but a multi-state license is required for working outside of Maryland. We have clinics in the following locations: Gaithersburg and Baltimore, MD; Fairfax, Springfield, Stafford, VA; and Newtown, PA. We cover travel expenses nurses, including travel time. Nurses are required to work one shift per month, but are welcome to work more shifts if available.

Pay is $45/hour plus travel expenses if applicable. Nurses are employed as 1099 contractors.

Nursing experience in any of the following areas are a plus: ER, Pre/Post Op, Surgery, Flight.
