Job summary

OMS Consulting is seeking PRN nurses to provide patient care before, during and after oral surgery procedures. You should be proficient in starting IVs and monitoring patients under moderate sedation in a fast-paced setting.

The role supports travel to multiple dental clinics across states; a multi-state license is required for work outside Arkansas. Nurses are contracted on a 1099 basis with travel expenses covered and shifts available monthly, more if desired.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Eligible for multi-state licensure to work across states.
• PRN contractor role, travel required.
• Experience with IV starts and moderate sedation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care before, during and after procedures.
• Start IVs and monitor patients under moderate sedation.
• Work as PRN contractor on a flexible schedule (at least one shift per month).
• Travel to clinics across states; travel expenses covered by the company.

OMS Consulting is a traveling oral surgery company, and we perform extractions (usually wisdom teeth) in dental clinics across 13 states. We are growing and are hiring PRN nurses to provide patient care before, during, and after their procedure. Nurses will need to be proficient in starting IVs and monitoring patient under moderate sedation in a fast paced environment.

The Little Rock area is a new location for us, but we will eventually be opening offices in the following locations: Morrilton, Jacksonville, Hot Springs, and Pine Bluff. Once these offices are established, they will likely operate one day per month.

Nurses can pick up in multiple locations if desired, but a multi-state license is required for working outside of Arkansas. We cover travel expenses for nurses, including travel time. Nurses are required to work one shift per month, but are welcome to work more shifts if available.

Pay is $40/hour plus travel expenses if applicable. Nurses are employed as 1099 contractors.

Nursing experience in any of the following areas are a plus: ER, Pre/Post Op, Surgery.
