Compass, Inc. a progressive, non-profit organization that supports people with developmental and intellectual disabilities is seeking to hire a PRN RN Delegating Nurse Case Manager.

This role coordinates health care, provides nursing support, and promotes individual well-being in residential programs and community settings. Working as part of a team, you will delegate tasks, train staff, and assist with medical appointments and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of a registered nursing program (BSN/ADN or diploma).
• Current Maryland RN license and CPR certification required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of related caregiving experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care Planning and Clinical Oversight: review and develop nursing care plans, ensure plans are implemented, document in reviews and notes.
• Delegation: delegate health care duties to direct support staff, administer medications, provide treatments.
• Coordination and Communication: liaise with insurance, families, pharmacies, and medical professionals; facilitate access to care.
• Individual Support and Wellness: promote independence, staff training, health management, and nutrition.
• Professional Standards: maintain confidentiality, participate in meetings, perform other duties as assigned.
