This role coordinates health care, provides nursing support, and promotes individual well-being in residential programs and community settings. Working as part of a team, you will delegate duties, train staff, and assist with special nursing projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of a registered nursing program and active RN license.
• Prior experience supervising or training staff is preferred.
• Experience coordinating healthcare resources for individuals in residential/community settings is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate health care for individuals in residential programs.
• Train staff to provide routine clinical care and safe lifting procedures.
• Delegate health care duties to direct support staff as needed.
• Administer medications and document them as required.
• Assist with medical appointments and respond to medical emergencies.
