Dimensional Health Care Associates, Inc. (DHCA) is seeking an RN Case Manager/Delegating Nurse to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Central Maryland.

This full-time role combines case management with nursing delegation in clients' homes, with a flexible schedule and no on-call requirements. The position emphasizes autonomy, strong communication, and the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Maryland RN license (compact) required.
• Smartphone required for communications.
• No prior experience required; credentialing and on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Delegating Nurse/Case Manager for each client.
• Visit clients in their environment for initial assessment and care plan.
• Conduct interim visits and 45-day assessments.
• Delegate administration of medications to certified staff.
• Train staff and ensure competency in nursing plans and delegation.
• Monitor and manage medication errors and ensure safe care.
