Responsibilities

• Serve as the Delegating Nurse/Case Manager for each client assigned.
• Visit the client for initial clinical assessment and care plan development.
• Conduct 45-day and 48-hour interim visits for ongoing assessment.
• Delegate administration of medication to certified Medication Technicians.
• Train staff on nursing care plans and manage medication errors.
