Adept Nursing & Rehab of Waverly is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team in Waverly, NE. You will oversee nursing staff, assess residents, and ensure high-quality care across shifts.

• RN license in NE
• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
• Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
