Adept Nursing & Rehab of Waverly is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team on a PRN basis. The RN will oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and coordinate with physicians to meet medical and personal needs in a supportive environment.

The role includes supervising LPNs and CNAs, administering medications, and participating in ongoing quality assurance while adapting to 12-hour shifts with a daily pay option and competitive rates based on

• Licensed RN in Nebraska with active NE license.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decisive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
