Adept Nursing & Rehab of Waverly is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a dedicated care team in Waverly, NE. You will provide direct nursing care to residents and collaborate with a supportive staff to maintain a high standard of safety and quality.

Qualificações

• LPN license is required.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to high-quality care.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs and responses to treatments.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care including wound care, catheter care, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures.
• Ensure care complies with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Assist with training and supervising CNAs.
