Responsibilities include educating patients, documenting procedures, and responding to emergencies. Licensing as RT in Missouri and NBRC registration are preferred; BLS/ACLS within stated timelines may apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved Respiratory Therapy program.
• Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the state.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NBRC preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver physician-ordered respiratory care to adults and pediatrics.
• Set up and monitor ventilators and oxygen therapy.
• Perform bedside spirometry and ABG sampling as needed.
• Educate patients and document procedures.
• Respond to emergencies including codes and OB events.
• Maintain and clean equipment and supplies.
