Job summary

Ibis Healthcare seeks a Behavioral Health Technician for the Women's Residential Recovery Program. The role involves monitoring clients, charting behavioral observations, and facilitating educational reading groups in a therapeutic setting.

The program targets women pursuing structured, evidence-based treatment and personalized care addressing trauma, co-occurring conditions, and life skills. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BHT certification preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with individuals served, coworkers, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clients and document behaviors according to program policies and procedures.
• Assist clients with daily recreational activities.
• Distribute medication and oversee client use.
• Operate a vehicle to transport clients to appointments when needed.
• Report on all client incidents witnessed as required.
• Participate in client staffing and team meetings.
• Conduct regular rounds and community room checks following policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on house rules, program guidelines, and curfew times.
• Facilitate intervention care, including monitoring urine drug screens.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
