McKinley Hall, Inc. is seeking a part-time Women's PT Recovery Technician to provide direct support and supervision to female clients in a residential substance use treatment program.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Behavioral health or recovery services experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client activities and safety in a residential setting.
• Document observations and progress notes.
• Assist with daily living tasks and activities of daily living.
• Facilitate transportation when needed and ensure client safety.
• Conduct room checks and maintain a respectful environment.
• Support program activities and encourage participation.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and incidents.
