Job summary

Tapestry Senior Living in Springboro, Ohio, is seeking a PRN Resident Assistant to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents across all shifts. You’ll assist with daily tasks, promote independence, and document resident information using the facility's care platform.

Qualified candidates bring a caring, dependable mindset, 18+ years old, and (preferred) a CNA/STNA credential with 1+ year of relevant experience in assisted living or healthcare.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA or STNA certificate preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in assisted living or healthcare preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and observational skills.
• Caring, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with personal care such as dressing, hygiene, and transferring.
• Perform routine household tasks, including tidying resident spaces and helping with laundry.
• Assist during dining services while encouraging residents to remain as independent as possible.
• Accurately record resident information and report updates through the electronic Point of Care platform.
• Create positive interactions and engaging experiences that support resident well‑being and social connection.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and unexpected situations while collaborating with the care team to maintain a safe environment.
