Job summary

Tapestry Senior Living in Springboro, Ohio is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate care within our assisted living community. The role offers an on-site day schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, part-time hours, and every-other-weekend shifts, with pay between $26.00 and $33.00 per hour.

The ideal candidate holds an active Ohio LPN license, CPR/First Aid certification, and at least one year of related experience, plus strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Ohio, active and unencumbered.
• CPR/First Aid certification, required.
• 1+ year of experience in a related field.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in alignment with Assisted Living regulations and residents’ individual needs.
• Assist with planning and coordination of services under the direction of the Resident Services Director.
• Administer medications and monitor resident health.
• Lead, support, and guide care staff to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compassionate environment.
