Job summary

Tapestry Senior Living - Springboro is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate daily living support in a part-time, day-shift role in Springboro, Ohio.

You will assist residents with grooming, mobility, and meals, with light housekeeping and documentation using the Point of Care system. A CNA/STNA or equivalent is preferred and a caring, team-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• CNA or STNA certificate preferred
• 1+ year of experience in assisted living or healthcare preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and observational skills
• Caring, dependable, team-oriented mindset
