UnitedHealth Group is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to coordinate and oversee patients' home care, collaborating with care teams to develop and implement individualized plans. You will assess patients, provide skilled nursing care, educate families, and ensure timely documentation.

Responsibilities include head-to-toe assessments, vital signs, medications, injections, IV therapy or tube feedings, catheter care, supervising LPNs and HHAs, and communicating progress to the clinical manager and

Competenze

• Current RN license in the state(s) you will work
• CPR certification is required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and liability insurance are required

Mansioni

• Coordinates and oversees all aspects of patients' home care
• Collaborates with patient care teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educates families on patient condition, needs and care
• Performs head to toe physical assessments
• Checks vital signs and manages medications
• Gives injections, IV therapy or tube feedings
• Administers and maintains catheters
• Completes documentation timely and accurately
• Supervises LPNs and HHAs
• Regularly communicates patient progress to the clinical manager, physician and care team
• Other duties as assigned
