The PRN position supports flexible scheduling across assigned locations with opportunities for growth within the Optum family of services.

Competenze

• Current RN license in the state(s) assigned
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation

Mansioni

• Coordinates and oversees patients' home care
• Collaborates with care teams to develop plans
• Educates families on patient condition and needs
• Performs head-to-toe physical assessments
• Checks vital signs and manages medications
• Gives injections, IV therapy or tube feedings
• Administers and maintains catheters
• Completes documentation timely and accurately
• Supervises LPNs and HHAs
• Communicates patient progress to clinical manager and care team
