Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a PRN Registered Dietitian to join the healthcare team at Cortland Manor, NY. This on-site, part-time role focuses on assessing nutritional needs, planning interventions, and enhancing residents' quality of life in a hospital setting.

You will collaborate with care teams, follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards, and participate in ongoing quality improvement activities. Hourly compensation ranges from $62 to $68 based on experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience as a Registered Dietitian.
Bachelor’s degree in nutrition (pre-2024) or related field.
Master’s degree in Nutrition or related field.
CDR national exam passed or eligible.
75 hours of continuing education every five years per CDR requirements.
Licensed or certified per state requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide nutritional expertise to healthcare team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
Follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards of practice and facility regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures and policies for dining and nutrition.
Participate in developing, reviewing, and revising quality improvement programs.
