Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic and fluoroscopic exams under the supervision of a radiologist. You will coordinate daily procedures, verify patient identity, and document histories to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety.

The role requires ARRT-recognized radiologic technology training, registry eligibility to be completed within one year, and BLS certification, with physical stamina to assist patients and operate equipment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology program and registry eligible within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to document patient history and coordinate with radiology team.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures under radiologist supervision.
• Verifies patient identity and documents procedure history.
• Prepares and administers contrast media as needed.
• Maintains records per departmental standards.
