Qualifications

• Advanced radiologic procedures knowledge including fluoroscopy and c-arm where applicable.
• Strong patient communication to obtain history and ensure understanding.
• Ability to select exposure factors and provide radiation protection.
• Accurate patient identification, labeling and image processing for quality radiographs.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to advanced radiologic procedures.
• Explain procedures and obtain patient history.
• Position patients and select exposure factors with protection.
• Label and process images; ensure exam accuracy.
• Collaborate with physicians and work independently as needed.
• Maintain records and enter data into radiology systems.
• Serve as a resource and assist accreditation.
