Job summary

Step Up Rehab seeks a licensed PTA to deliver skilled therapy in a SNF setting. You will work within dedicated therapy gyms inside Boca Pointe and Rosewood Center facilities, providing resident-centered care and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to restore function and independence.

Applicants should have an accredited PTA program, Florida licensure (or eligibility), and preferably SNF/post-acute experience; Net Health knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
