Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed PTA to provide skilled therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lake Worth Beach, FL.

This PRN position supports residents’ safety, mobility, and independence, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and uses modern rehab gyms and equipment. Florida PTA license (or eligible) is required; SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
