Step Up Rehab in Florida is seeking a PRN PTA to deliver skilled therapy within dedicated SNF therapy gyms at Boca Pointe and Rosewood Centers. You will serve residents under the interdisciplinary team, focusing on improving safety, mobility, and independence, with caseloads balanced to maintain high quality care.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited PTA degree and active Florida licensure (or eligibility).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education
