Job summary

Step Up Rehab in Port Charlotte is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. Provide PTA‑related therapy services to residents and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.

Ideal candidates have graduated from an accredited PTA program, hold an active Florida PTA license (or license‑eligible), and have SNF or post‑acute experience; Net Health documentation knowledge is a plus.
