Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant for our Port Charlotte SNF. You will provide skilled PTA services to residents, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited PTA program degree and an active Florida PTA license (or be license-eligible). SNF or post-acute experience is preferred, and the role offers competitive pay and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications
