Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Port Charlotte SNF location. Join a dedicated team delivering skilled therapy services in a busy rehabilitation unit.

The role requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible). SNF or post-acute experience is preferred, with Net Health documentation knowledge considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
