Step Up Rehab in Port Charlotte, FL is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will provide skilled PTA services and collaborate with the rehab team to help residents regain function and independence.

This role offers flexible scheduling within a dedicated therapy gym. Ideal candidates hold an active Florida PTA license (or be license-eligible) with SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
