Eden Senior Care Network is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Edenbrook of St. Cloud to provide rehabilitation services in one or more service locations.

The PTA works under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to deliver quality therapy and maintain documentation and communication with the care team. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, adherence to department policies, and participation in discharge planning.

Competenze

• Active Minnesota PTA license in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
