Job summary

Edenbrook Edina is now hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations!

Responsibilities include maintaining rehab standards, delivering quality therapy with PT supervision, scheduling and documentation, and collaborating with Facility staff to support patient care. Requires Minnesota PTA license and PTA degree, with preferred SNF/home health experience.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota PTA license in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing, home health, or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rehab service standards per mission and goals.
• Provide quality therapy services with supervision of a PT.
• Plan and maintain a suitable workload for the facility.
• Document thoroughly and communicate with the team.
